Jose and every member of his crew were wonderfully professional, efficient, and clearly cared about the service they were providing. Having moved three times post-fire, my wife and I place LAP head and shoulders above all the other companies we have used. Knowing the issues (moldy/soiled blankets, used boxes) we had with a previous mover, Jose even provided brand new moving blankets, wardrobe boxes, etc. for our move.

They were referred to me by a very knowledgeable professional/friend, and they will be the only company we use from now on. We feel very comfortable storing several bedrooms of furnishings with them.

Note: I have never seen a crew sweep through each room with a trash bag every hour or so just to "tidy up a bit." And they carted away their own trash, not throwing it into our cans (which all previous movers have done).

I booked LAP Movers to move several large bulky items from a prop house in LA to a TV Commercial shoot in the Bay Area and back this weekend. The shoot was somewhat last minute and we were scrambling for solutions to get these items to set. Shipping companies weren't willing to take on the request because the items weren't packed and palletized.

LAP absolutely saved the day, picking up the items directly from the prop house, wrapping and loading them, and bringing them directly to set the day of the shoot. The driver, Luis, was very flexible and came back at wrap to pick them up and make the return journey. He was so communicative and easygoing, I can't thank him enough. Jose helped me set up the logistics and was incredibly flexible, accommodating, and curious about problem solving with me.

Wonderful experience. I can absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs moving help of any kind and appreciates excellent customer service.
